Thaw in refrigerator.
To prepare; Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove recycle-able plastic top. Loosely cover baking container with foil. Place container on baking sheet in center of the oven. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Gently remove foil and continue to bake until top is bubbling. To check temperature, gently slide a knife into the center, the knife should be hot to the touch.

Believe it or not I I created this new culinary concept quite a long time ago. It sat on the back burner, so to speak, because quite frankly, with five restaurants here in Sedona I never slowed down.
Now with the situation we find ourselves in with the corona virus crisis, not only is there time for us all to catch up on our projects but also on our dreams. My heart is truly broken just like yours, but my belief is that when we cook with love we feed the soul.
I continue to work diligently on Dahl-to-Door and it is a labor of love. For you who know and miss us, as we miss you, we can stay connected in this small way.
I am also finally having time to finish my second and long over due book, titled “A Romance with Food”. My goal is to wrap it up in June for holiday season. It is a lofty one, but I think given the divine guidance I believe in deeply it can happen.

As an appetizer, or a dinner, the Empanadas are a ‘winner’. Delicious, impressive, and so easy to prepare! I brush them with an egg wash for that golden brown presentation.
Porcini Meatballs w/Marinara Mother Sauce were wonderful. With the dry ice, our entire order arrived frozen solid. Everything was promptly frozen, and we’ve been enjoying it since.We’re ordering more today!
